“ I went to this restaurant over the weekend with my boyfriend, and we had such a great experience! I originally saved this spot thinking they served calamari, but we found out the menu changes seasonally—which actually turned out to be a pleasant surprise because everything we ordered was delicious. We started off with the Golden Hour teapot shot, which comes with 8 individual shots to share. Super fun, beautifully presented, and a perfect way to kick off the evening. For dinner, my boyfriend had the Republic Burger (always medium for him), and he loved it. I went with the Peruvian Stir Fried Ribeye (Lomo Saltado), and wow—so flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Even without the calamari, this place more than made up for it. Definitely coming back next season to see what’s new on the menu! ”

I went with my son but will come next time with my husband.From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and vibrant—perfect for a weekend brunch. We enjoyed bottomless mango mimosas served in stylish glass cups, which added a fun touch. The Mexican-style guacamole with chips was fresh and flavorful, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. The short rib empanadas were crispy on the outside, tender and rich inside—absolutely delicious! For the main dish, we had the French toast made with brioche bread, topped with blueberries, whipped cream, and served with a side of maple syrup—pure perfection! Every bite was decadent but not overly sweet. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure our glasses were never empty. Taco Tuesday is the star: a rolling parade of flavorful tacos—from birria, steak, fish to portobello and chicken—served endless-style during dinner hours, all part of a popular 90-minute “unlimited tacos” special as well as trivia night. The margaritas were perfectly balanced and many flavors to choose. Natalia hit all the notes on those cocktails. So so good!! We loved Republic, the decor is sleek yet comfortable, the service attentive and fun, and the vibe electric—ideal for groups, date nights, celebrations. Our waitress Nadia was fantastic she timed everything perfectly, kept the happy hour mood lively and even took a minute to chat with us making the evening feel more personal and fun. ”

“ We came here for Sunday Brunch and were seated very quickly. The service was amazing - everyone was so attentive. They have unlimited mimosas for 25 but today we decided to go with a fresh passion fruit juice and a mango juice. For the appetizers, we went with the guacamole with chips and short ribs empanadas (2 pieces) that paired perfectly with the chipotle aioli. I would order these empanadas again and again! I’m such a fan of short ribs so for my main, I had to try out their Birria Benedict - flavorful short rib in every bite! My fiance went with the seared hanger steak with chimichurri on top - it was cooked to a perfect medium the way he wanted it, so tender and delicious. Both our dishes came with fries and a salad! We were so full by then but could not leave without trying their tres leches. So milky and perfectly sweetened. The strawberries on top offered a fresh addition to the taste. Definitely a perfect brunch place! I need to stop by again! ”

“ I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The ambiance was immaculate—very grown and sexy, with perfect lighting and stylish decor. It felt like the ideal spot for a night out. The service was excellent, with an attentive server who made sure we were taken care of. And the music? A whole vibe! Lots of pop and Latin hits that kept the energy up all night. The drink menu is super creative, with each signature cocktail served in a unique cup, which adds to the experience. Unfortunately, they ran out of the specialty cup for my drink, so I got a regular glass instead. A bit disappointing, but the drinks themselves were tasty. There are so many fun options, and I can’t wait to come back to try the teapot drinks! Food-wise, the truffle French fries were a letdown. They lacked seasoning—just a sprinkle of truffle and Parmesan on top, but no real depth of flavor. I’d skip them next time. The fried rice, on the other hand, was the star of the night! Hands down, the most flavorful fried rice I’ve ever had. I went with the chicken and egg, while my friend tried the vegan version, and both were a solid 10/10. Highly recommend! My other friend had the birria tacos which she really enjoyed. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back! ”
